Join the Southfork Estates ACC Committee

Are you interested in playing a key role in keeping our community beautiful and consistent with Southfork’s standards? The Board is seeking three community members to serve on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

As part of the ACC, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and approving (or denying) homeowners’ requests for exterior changes and improvements to their property. This includes projects such as painting, fencing, landscaping, and other exterior work—all in line with the Southfork Estates Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs). Your participation helps maintain the integrity, appeal, and value of our neighborhood.

This is a great opportunity to get involved, make a positive impact, and ensure Southfork Estates continues to thrive!
