Strictly Prohibited Vehicle Parking

This is a final reminder regarding vehicle and parking regulations in Southfork Estates as outlined in the community’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs).

Parking of trailers, semi-trucks, mobile homes, or recreational vehicles (RVs) on any street or lot within the neighborhood is strictly prohibited. These types of vehicles are not permitted under any circumstance.

We have observed several semi-trucks parked on Fort Crockett St. This is a direct violation of the CCRs and is creating an unacceptable disruption to the integrity and appearance of the community. This cannot continue.

If this activity persists:
• Violators will be fined without further warning.
• Vehicles will be towed immediately at the owner’s expense.

These standards are in place to maintain the safety, aesthetics, and property values of Southfork Estates.
