Friendly Reminder: Proper Trash Can Use and Storage

This is a friendly reminder to follow the guidelines for trash can use and storage:

• Trash cans may be placed out after 6:00 p.m. the evening before collection.
• They must be put away by 9:00 a.m. the morning after pickup.
• Please ensure all trash is placed fully inside the container and that lids are closed. Overflowing cans can result in loose trash blowing into neighboring yards, which creates a mess for the entire community.

Our compliance team will issue one courtesy reminder for any violations. Continued non-compliance may result in fines being applied to the homeowner’s account.
